These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aeiforo platform services ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Service Provision

Aeiforo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable subscription plan.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Aeiforo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support. All of your content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

5. Modifications to the Service

Aeiforo reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
